All boards are 100% handcrafted since mid ´80s by one person from start to finish; including silk screening, fins and everything in between. Only functional tested shapes not trendy boards on works. The norm is to discontinue the templates that do not perform as expected.

what is the purpose of the tunnel?
Realeza; well, I was using this board for 3 years, and had developed good rides in hollow surf...but the shape is also for hollow small to medium size waves...so..
...the main purpose is to "move" the water turbulence from the side fins to outside the outline...so you dont "disturb" the rear one...
interesting idea.
i assume you were happy with the results if you used it for 3 years.
Realeza; yes, but normally I stay for a long time with every personal board, to achieve a good understanding of the shapes...
