...back again in the water after 110 days out!
I dont know if Im totally recover, but I dont have any pain.
well, the surf was very good (4´ real), the day very nice but very crowded...
I surfed in the same pointbreak that I d hit dee rock.
my skill isnt good...Im disappointed, cause I had been taking good waves but after the bottom turn, when I go to hit the lip..I cant turn! (in the lip) very well, so I wasted the wave..
anyway I think that my surfing skill with the time will improve..in this year I cant surfing the times that I wanted...too much work, and these 110 days out too.

wow, it's been 110 days??? Glad to see you are back at it. Take it easy and lots of stretching after being out so long...

Dial in some more water time and you'll be back to normal soon. The main thing is you finally got wet!

small, but good
I surfed about 20 waves or so
still not surfing good...but training for the arms..
