All boards are 100% handcrafted since mid ´80s by one person from start to finish; including silk screening, fins and everything in between. Only functional tested shapes not trendy boards on works. The norm is to discontinue the templates that do not perform as expected.

when you glass a board. What do you usually recommmend for a cure time
you have 2 types of curing
a "precuring" and a post
normally after the glass, leave da board 1 day to precuring before sanding
after sanding you would need a CTE temp
so, with 27C (24 hrs a day)you leave the board 7 days
less, with more temp
AND thats true I asked directly to the resin factories (Cray Valley, Erequeiroz, Resana Reichold)
thats is the normal process, but if you dont have those conditions, better wait more days
I did tests with 1 layer on the deck and leave the board about 3 months post curing
and the resin strength properties were better
depends on the type of resin
..also, with UV resin you dont need a precuring and most people dont post cure too...
how does a person go about ordering one of your boards?
...following the smell...
