All boards are 100% handcrafted since mid ´80s by one person from start to finish; including silk screening, fins and everything in between. Only functional tested shapes not trendy boards on works. The norm is to discontinue the templates that do not perform as expected.

Hey Fernando, I'm glad you enjoyed the photo... I like to do things that make me feel free, maybe I will ride a wave someday... Is it too late to learn? I know it is very hard!!!

I might try surfing some day, but I will certainly make a fool of myself as I have no balance :-) Not sure if I will find any good instructors where I live though...
I just read your comment on my "Hey you" post... It is one of my favourite songs, however, eventhough sometimes we feel like "together we stand, divided we fall", I don't really believe that to be true... I like to think that I stand no matter what, eventhough I might feel that I am falling. I am sure you will stand :-)

you make these creations from A to Z and I know you think about the paint colors and the art work - so how do you decide on the creative art work?

normally I dont like the customers choices, so I try to fit with my "artwork philosophy"...
well, I dont thinking too much about the artwork, but some colors or colors schemes dont fit well in my designs or I dont like in my boards...
what a sweet comment you've made, Fernando, about "The Kiss"!! Wonder if you understood what I meant in portuguese...
