All boards are 100% handcrafted since mid ´80s by one person from start to finish; including silk screening, fins and everything in between. Only functional tested shapes not trendy boards on works. The norm is to discontinue the templates that do not perform as expected.

es fibra de vidrio con resina Poliéster catalizada, para colocar en la base de las quillas.
básicamente, trato de drenar la resina y que salgan la mayoría de burbujas de aire
luego en la base de cada quilla corto el largo correspondiente.

basically Im squeeze the rope to drain the resin and get rid of most air bubbles
then put in every fin base and cut the lenght with scissors...
