on fire









...this one sports a slim outline compared with what I use to shape. Its got a straight outline planshape between nose and tail. Some specs are what the client wanted. Im not totally sure if those are super functional...normally try to not decide for the customer, so I gave him some possibilities, some do s and don t s, then he made the choices.
The guy is a big one (92 Kg, 1.82m) and he rides with small boards always. He s a lifeguard so has training.
-Surfblanks Tec foam; 2 4oz + back foot patch Aerialite glass deck, 1 bottom, + 5 layers on the buttcrack rail; Gloss coat finish on top, speed finish coat bottom
