Nice board Fer... I like the red. Thanks for your explanation about bonzers on the previous post. Still didn't quite get it, but I know what looks good and your bonzer looks great ;-)
...thanks Be Sun rise...
what s you dont understand about a Bonzer surfboard?
I didn't understand what the "channels" are and what this kind of board is good for....
Hey reverb,
Thanks for the comment.
I'm not sure what you're asking about images -- obviously you've got the Blogger image feature down! I just drew the image in Paint and uploaded it.
...oh, well, the Bonzer configuration is good for maintain the acceleration of the speed generated by the wave and the pressure of the surfer s feet...
...the side runners (fins)dont drag like a thruster (3 fin) config. board...
...you dont need to "pump" or move like a skateboard ( you need to do this in a thruster) to gain velocity...
-channels basically create lift, and "re direct" the water flow to the tail...
...channels sometimes increase the stiffness of a board...
ohhh! You're talking about the blog template. Sorry, my bad -- didn't understand.
That... I can't really answer too well. I'm using a blog template -- you can find all kinds of templates at blogskins.com. I only know basic html, so I don't understand the code it takes to create that kind of template. Sorry -- but I'm sure you could either find a template you like or find someone to help you out at blogskins. Good luck!
hey reverb,
that's a nice looking board. i didn't know you were into bonzers?
Thanks Fer!! I am becoming a board expert haha!!
Brasil just beat Australia 2X0!!
I hope you are having a good time in the countryside... It is too hot here :-)
Fernando - it seems as though the bonzer is good for mostly speed/ acceleration, right? And the side runners are what allows this to be streamlined?
What type of board do you use the most when you surf? And what is the best type for a beginner?
I agree with Before Sunrise - I like the red! :-) In fact the board you had on which there were red flowers is spectacular artistery,Fernando! i think I mentioned that if I ever had a surf board - I would like that one!
Fernando, I gather you are perfectly better now, si?:-)
And oh - since you are supporting Argentina - did you see their goals the other day! Amazing!;-)
-Thanks Before Sunrise
...Dr Nazli, its all the set acting together (the 4 side runners and the rear fin-with fin shape; area, flex.- and the 4 concave channels)and interacting with the shape of the board (rocker -bottom curvatures from nose to tail- that have to be low in the nose if the board is a small one - 5´5´´ to 6´- , tail area , etc)
yeah I use a Bonzer mostly...
for a begginer I suggest an EGG model (see archives!)
-no, Im not totally ok, I dunno when I ll start to surf again or do my work outs.
I ll start tomorrow with the electric physiotherapy..
-yes, I saw those goals!
Buenisimo!
